I did not know whether this is ‘pembohongan publik’ or not but the Indosat 3G connection is very bad at this moment. I have checked this connection in several places, some of taken in the CBD area in Sudirman, Thamrin and Rasuna Said. The result is very bad.
I know that the subscription fee is very cheap around 100.000 unlimited accesses with 3GB threshold. A package that everyone seems could afford. But wait, if you see the overall result, then you can decide whether this service is good or not.
Actually most of internet connection in Indonesia has very bad quality of service. Not only mention Indosat but Telkom Speedy which has a strong campaign recently also could not deliver a high quality of service. However no one protest with this. Since everybody feel happy with the low price.
So what is your opinion? Really expecting Indosat made some improvement after this.

Gw juga baru pake IM2 Broomnya Indosat. So far, oke aja tuh. Cepat juga kok dengan tarif segitu. Gw nyobanya di kantor gw, daerah Kuningan dan di rumah, daerah Kp. Melayu.
Gw juga dah pernah coba Telkomsel Flash, dan IM2 Broom jaaaaauuuuuhhhhhhh memuaskan daripada Telkomsel Flash.
Gw makenya buat browsing doang sih, mungkin kalo buat yang suka download, kurang memuaskan kali ya. =)
~IM2 Broom tetap jadi pilihan untuk sementara =)

I just subcribed NetZap with 50 percent discount from regular monthtly fee around Rp 150.000. The service is 1,1 M limited access. So far is fine. However this service still limited for certain areas in Jakarta.
