Bulyan Royan (50) is Member of House of Representatives (DPR) Commission V for infrastructure and transportation from Reform Star Party (PBR). Bulyan arrested by The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) after he was caught red-handed accepting US$66,000 and 5,500 euros from Dedi Suwarsono, who was arrested a day later.
